Students may contact the support desk at any time.  The phone line is manned from 6 am - 6 pm PST.  After hours and on weekends callers will be directed to voice mail.  This voice mail is monitored 24/7 and support requests left after hours will receive a response within 30 minutes.

Instructional support is limited from 6 am - 6 pm.  You may recall that in the past this was limited to students taking CR courses with us.  Starting this Fall it will be extended to all students for core subject areas only.

Mentors

Mentor support can be acessed at http://aventalearning.com/login.  Mentors can access our Mentor Center at any time with the login credentials they are provided after they complete Mentor Training.

Mentor Trainings are held every week and mentors can enroll directly at http://aventalearning.com/training.

Curriculum Support

To report any curriculum related issues (i.e., a tutorial not playing, a broken link, a course error) OR to submit any recommendations for future course development/enhancement, please submit a ticket directly with our Curriculum Support team through our online ticketing system, ZenDesk, at http://kcdistancelearning.zendesk.com/.

Once an issue/recommendation is submitted you will receive an automated email with your assigned ticket number.  you can login any time to check the status of your open tickets, but you will also receive email confirmtion when your ticket is resolved.
